Individual and Couples Counselling and Therapy in London, the South-East, and Online
*
City of London - London Borough of Bexley - Online
About Me
I am an Integrative Counsellor (MBACP) and I have a private practice in the City of London and the London Borough of Bexley. I work with adults and couples both in-person and online on a wide range of behavioural, emotional, and relationship issues. I am here to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals to explore their thoughts and feelings and facilitate self-awareness and movement towards healing and growth.

I have been trained in a number of modalities including person-centred, psychodynamic, existential, cognitive, and relational approaches. My practice also draws on embodied/somatic approaches to trauma. Ultimately, my approach is tailored to the client and what works best for each individual.

My continuous professional development (CPD) is particularly focused on couples counselling, relationship and intimacy issues, psychosexual therapy and relational trauma. Due to my professional background, I am also comfortable and interested in working with clients involved in anti-social behaviour and the criminal justice system.

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and I abide by the BACP Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions.

Online Couples Therapy
I work successfully with couples online to help them strengthen their connection and navigate challenges that can come up in relationships. Some of the areas I often support people with include managing the ups and downs of long-distance relationships, balancing the pressures of work and home life, rebuilding trust after infidelity, exploring non-monogamy, addressing concerns around pornography use, and deepening intimacy and desire.
Through my online practice, I also work individually with men and women, supporting them in addressing challenges such as problematic pornography use and pornography addiction, exploring healthy expressions of masculinity and femininity, and navigating sexual issues more broadly.
Since the pandemic, I’ve found that online therapy offers a level of flexibility that really supports the busy lives of the people I work with — professionals, long-distance couples, and those balancing work, home, and raising children. It allows us to address relationship challenges in a way that fits more easily into daily life, which is why I’ve dedicated a large part of my practice to online couples therapy.
